November 2007: Talking Platforms Launches Into East Asia

October 2007: Talking Platforms UK heads in a new direction

Following the rapid growth of Talking Platforms Group, Talking Platforms UK appoints a new managing Director and Commercial Director.

John Bennett joins Talking Platforms UK Limited as Managing Director. John brings with him many years of reseller channel experience within the ISP market sector. "This VoIP and Hosted PBX product is ideal for a variety of resellers who would not normally enter into the Telecoms market" - explained John. "Our offering is designed to give resellers an advantage over their competitors and it allows resellers to badge the product as their own".

Assisting John with the planned growth of Talking Platforms UK is Commercial Director Clifton Duhaney. Clifton has years of sales and key account management experience within the IT and solutions provider markets. "Talking Platforms UK really adds value to any resellers portfolio" adds Clifton, "Not many resellers have the ability to sell a product that is white labeled as their own product offering".

 

October 2007: Talking Platforms Launches Into North America

We are proud to announce the addition of Talking Platforms North America.

Talking Platforms provides real benefits to resellers. "ITSP systems are not cheap, now we have a 'Virtual' offereing for any reseller who wants to earn revenue and profit from existing and new customers" said Salvatore Costantio CEO Talking Platforms North America.

Talking Platforms North America covers the USA and Canadian territories. Our first deployment is in Maryland USA and we already have plans to expand, with deployments in Canada, North, South, East and West of the USA.

 

August 2007: Talking Platforms France and Belgium Launched

Following the successful operations of Talking Platforms UK, we are proud to announce the new addition of Talking Platforms France and Talking Platforms Belgium.

May 2007: Hot Desking Now Available

'Talking Platforms' PBX users can use the 'Hot Desking' feature from any location. "This new feature makes our white label offering one of the strongest PBX VoIP products available in the UK" said Jonathan Greenwood CEO Talking Platforms UK Limited. "Access the hot desking feature from any of your live phones and all calls will be directed to and from that extension".

April 2007: Distributor Accounts Now Available

Besides looking for direct resellers, the Talking Platforms management system is now capable signing up distributors which in turn can create other distributors or resellers.

"We changed the management platform to allow for multi tiered distributor and reseller channels" explained Jonathan Greenwood CEO - Talking Platforms UK Limited. "Now we have the ability to enrol companies who have a good channel partner program already in place.

Some reseller companies have channel partners who already sell their products. By allowing resellers to create sub-resellers either as their own brand or as the sub-resellers brand is a very powerful sales tool.

 

March 2007: Pooled Minutes Program Launched

The 'Talking Platforms' brand launches a comprehensive inclusive minutes program. Resellers configure and control their own Inclusive Minutes plans. Our Inclusive Minutes program allows resellers to offer flexible inclusive minute packages to their customers.

Plans can be a combination of dial codes from anywhere in the world. By offering inclusive or partial inclusive plans gives resellers the power to tailor different products to different markets.

 

January 2007: Talking Platforms UK Launched

Following 18 months of testing, Talking Platforms is now available to organisations wishing to resell to their own customer bases, under their own brand. Talking Platforms UK Limited has launched the 'Talking Platforms' brand to build a third party sales channel for its flexible, robust digital communications solution.
